Some of the recent engagements have been in the area of fundraising for a greenfield insurance company in Asia, fintech in Europe, evaluating a short term liquidity solution for corporate treasurers and pension and insurance cash managers with yield pickups, strategic evaluation of an emerging market insurer and a global financial institution related market and product strategy.

Global Engagements

Past engagements have been setting up a risk management framework for a Swiss/UK based multi-billion family office, corporate finance advisory related to the sale of an Asia based insurance related TPA provider and bespoke advisory around end to end assessment of heath care insurance offerings in Asia. Have also provided expert support to major top tier advisory firms as a subject matter expert provider. More recently conducted a strategic reviews of two listed Middle Eastern  insurance companies.

FinTech Blockchain and DLT Assessments

Most recently there has been multiple reviews of various FinTech investment opportunities. There has been an added focus on technology firms involved in seeking blockchain and DLT solutions for various identified use cases. In addition a great deal of research has been necessary for the evaluation around Crypto applications as well as acceptance and linkage to Fiat ecosystems.
